How the $2999 plan works "example only"
If a property listed by Richard and Valérie Plute or James Duncan at Executive Real Estate, Inc. sold for $200,000, the listing office may receive $2999 and the selling office may receive up to 3% of $200,000 or $6000. The total real estate commissions for the sale of this property would then be $8999.

Changes

Changes in this Agreement will be effective when notice of such change is posted. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to this Agreement are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes. Rick & Valérie Plute the Northwest Real Estate Group may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Rick & Valérie Plute the Northwest Real Estate Group Site, including the availability of any features of the Site, at any time. Rick & Valérie Plute the Northwest Real Estate Group may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or the entire Site without notice or liability. Rick & Valérie Plute the Northwest Real Estate Group may terminate the authorization, rights and license given above and, upon such termination; you shall immediately destroy all Materials.

Cancellation of Listing
You may cancel your listing at anytime provided you sign and complete our NWMLS form 52.
CONDITIONAL RELEASE OF LISTING
THE UNDERSIGNED SELLER(S) and BROKER (COMPANY) agree that the above Exclusive Sale and Listing Agreement ("Listing Agreement") is hereby RESCINDED, and EACH PARTY RELEASES THE OTHER THEREFROM; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, SELLER WILL PAY BROKER (COMPANY) THE COMMISSION SPECIFIED IN THE LISTING AGREEMENT IF THE PROPERTY IS SOLD UNDER THE TERMS OF AN AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO:
Within six (6) months from the date hereof to any person to whose attention it was brought through the signs, advertising or other action of the Broker, or on information secured directly or indirectly from or through the Broker during the term of this Agreement; provided if a commission is paid to another member of NWMLS or a cooperating MLS in conjunction with such a sale, the amount of commission payable to Broker shall be limited to the amount of commission which would have been payable pursuant to the Listing Agreement less any commission so paid to another member of NWMLS or a cooperating MLS.

SECURITY NOTICE
Any unauthorized access to our Hosting system and web design code is prohibited and is subject to criminal and civil penalties under Federal Laws including, but not limited to, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.
